My real player doesn't work after I installed the updates. I cannot play any of the real player videos. I manually uninstalled real player (the update folder cannot be removed) and reinstalled it, but the problem still remains. I used Microsoft Security Essentials to scan my computer.. it doesn't seem to help.
None of the answers were in fact answers or did not apply to the situation. I have deleated the real player. It appears that the download offer was a temporary download to the real player library which exists independantly from the real player otherwise it would not be necessary to specifically instruct the system to uninstall the library as well. Dec 03, 2011 · I have put up with realplayer downloader not working for months now, and I am looking for some sort of fix. It doesn't work in any browser I've found, and it used to be a gem of an application. It had worked for me in Mac OS X 10.6.8, and then all of a sudden, it didn't work any more.
