I am having the same issues as well. My SMART TV stopped connecting to the internet while everything electronic using the WiFi is working properly. I've unplugged and plugged back in my router, try to manually set up TV to connect to the WiFi. Verizon FiOS is my internet provider. My TV information is below. Please help!!! Model: UN50KU6300

There is no good reason that any smart TV should ever be accepting network connections from the outside world. It should only be making connections TO the outside.
Feb 05, 2020 · If you have a Samsung Smart TV, check your network/internet connection. Make sure you've installed the latest software/firmware update for your TV. If your TV isn't responding to your remote, replace the batteries and see if it works again with your TV.
